Plantique, Inc., first began landscaping in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley region in 1948 under the name Better Homes Landscape Company. What started out as a small family business has grown into one of the largest and most successful design-and-build firms in the region.

Today we have a staff of 100 full-time employees (110 during peak season), including a large staff of landscape designers and licensed architects, who are our creative force, and an in-house horticulturist. We also have 15 installation crews, a nursery staff, an excavation team and several specialty service and maintenance divisions of our own to ensure the highest possible standards of customer service.
Each team member at Plantique takes great pride in our ability to offer you a totally customized landscaping program from concept to completion. Our award-winning designers carefully evaluate your wishes so that they can create for you the best possible design. Our horticulturist picks and chooses only the finest, healthiest plants, shrubs and trees available for our 16-acre nursery, and on site our team of field experts will complete the project to your total satisfaction, guaranteed.

Bringing you the best in industry innovations and services
Plantique was the first landscaping company to offer customers in the Lehigh Valley power-blown mulching. Our successful Express Mulch Service division uses a state-of-the-art mulching procedure to quickly and economically apply a fresh coat of mulch from a specialized truck parked on the street or in your driveway-without rolling wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow over your lawn. Our technicians simply walk the truck's hose over to where the mulch needs to be laid. It's fast, economical and clean. Our Forever Green division is a complete tree, shrub and lawn care service that can also handle other small-scale landscaping projects. Forever Green consists of an extremely knowledgeable and committed team of plant care specialists who can work wonders with diseased, pest-troubled or damaged trees and shrubs. They also know how to rescue turfgrass from similar problems. Whether working with customers individually or in conjunction with other Plantique team members, our Forever Green staff is a valuable asset to our company.

Introduced in 2003 as our way of thanking our customers with benefits that extend beyond their original Plantique project. Social gatherings, a bi-annual newsletter, notification of special discounts and an electronic forum for sharing landscaping ideas and news are just some of the benefits Turf Club members enjoy.
